Amanda began her real estate career with a passion for New York City real estate and a strong foundation in new development, quickly stepping into a leadership role within her first year in the industry.

As a lifelong New Yorker, she brings a strong understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, communities, and evolving market dynamics, allowing her to guide clients with both insight and intention. With experience representing both buyers and sellers, Amanda has developed specialized expertise across condos, co-ops, multifamily and investment properties, as well as new development.

Within her first year in the industry, Amanda advanced from On-Site Sales Associate to Sales Director, taking on a leadership role in the sales of a 46-unit condominium development in Long Island City. That experience gave her invaluable insight into pricing strategy, market positioning, buyer decision-making, and the full lifecycle of a new development project.

Amanda takes pride in providing a thoughtful, hands-on approach tailored to each client’s goals—whether they are purchasing a first home, selling an existing property, or identifying opportunities to build long-term value through real estate.
